CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations must be received at least 2 days prior to arrival to be issued a full refund minus a $10 transaction fee. Any cancellations within 48hrs of check in will result in NO REFUND.

Site numbers are not guaranteed. If the lot is sold the renter will be required to move to an equivalent site. If an equivalent site is unavailable a refund will be applied to the card on file.
